Booking and Payment

  •   Reservations can be made through our website or by calling our customer service center.
  •   Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
  •   We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

Fare Rules

  •    Fares are non-refundable but may be transferable for a fee.
  •   Date changes are permitted for a fee, subject to availability.
  •   Name changes are not allowed.

Baggage

  •    Each passenger is allowed to bring one carry-on bag and one checked bag for free.
  •   Additional or oversized baggage may incur fees.
  •   The company is not responsible for lost or damaged baggage.

Travel Documents

  •   It is the responsibility of the passenger to have a valid passport and any necessary visas for international travel.
  •   The company reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger without proper travel documentation.

Flight Changes and Cancellations

  •   The company reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reroute flights due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
  •   In the event of a flight cancellation, the company will provide alternate travel arrangements or a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

  •   The company shall not be liable for any damages or expenses incurred as a result of flight cancellations, delays, or other changes to the itinerary.
  •   The company shall not be liable for any personal injury or property damage caused by the passenger.

Dispute Resolution

  •   Any disputes arising from the booking or travel with the company will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the passenger resides.
